Free wifi
1) Towels are too small. 2) So called "Luxury single room" does not have shampoo. All contacts with hotel staff is by the phone.

Modern room and bathroom
Far from the city center (under 3km), you must call the owner of hotel for the key, there is no reception

The installations
Is not a real hotel, doesn't have reception and you have to call and must to wait for the key i don't like that

Stayed here as attending rock concert in Eindhoven with my 12 year old son. Clean and well presented house, met by house manager on arrival who was very pleasant and helpful, thank you Anya. Room very clean and tidy, other reviews are clearly before the management change. If you are looking to stay somewhere in Eindhoven which is clean, reasonably located and relatively inexpensive then I'd suggest thinking about staying here.
Located on main road into city so noisy during the day but if you're up early as I and and out and about then it doesn't really matter. Advantage of being on one of the main artrial roads into the city is the fact that gthe busses run into the city every 10 mins or so.

Very nice place
The interior designer did a horrible job!!! Impossible to shower without making a pool out of the bath.

It's a little bit tricky to enter the code and get the key, also because in your email wasn't specify the number of the room and the pin code from the email was different from the one that you gave me when I called you. I expected that there was someone from the organization to give me the key and show the room. But in the end the system works fine, maybe you should put some instructions on the front door to better explain that.

Very comfortable, like i am in home sweet home.
sometimes woked me up in the middle of the night because of running water pipe and foot steps noise.

Clean, simple, economy rooms.
Single room is quite small: be prepared to wiggle between the sink, desk, and twin bed.
